Any customer whether postpaid or prepaid with a valid NADRA CNIC can sign up for a MyTM Account.

You can register for a MyTM account from the following sources:

Download MyTM mobile app from Play Store or Apple Store and register your account in few simple steps
Go to any nearby MyTM Retailer and get your self registered through our retailers

 

Is there any tax deduction on depositing money into MyTM account?

No tax is applicable on depositing into your MyTM account.

If I send money to anyone from my MyTM account, how much time it will take to process the transaction?

Transaction will be processed instantly

How secure is the MyTM account?

MyTM account encompasses the highest level of security. We follow regulations of the State Bank of Pakistan. Each MyTM account has a 4-digit and 6-digit OTP code which is required for each transaction and log-in.

All transactions from the MyTM account are encrypted for security purposes. No transaction can be made without an OTP which has to be entered from your Mobile number. Therefore, please make sure that you have a network connection and never disclose it to anyone.
